(South Kingstown, RI) -- Mystic Aquarium is trying to determine which organization tagged a leatherback turtle that washed ashore dead. The turtle was found on East Matunuck State Beach in South Kingstown early Wednesday morning. An aquarium spokesperson says the turtle had been dead for some time and was partially decomposed. The aquarium can't move the turtle until they get approval from the group that tagged it.
