(Providence, RI) -- Governor Raimondo is expected to sign a "Red Flag" policy today that would ban guns from people who are at risk. Under the policy police could obtain a court order that would prevent people who are a danger to themselves or others from having a gun. It would be similar to the process used to keep guns away from people in domestic violence cases.
