(Westerly, RI) -- An arrest is being made in a hit-and-run case in Westerly. Zachary Service of North Stonington, Connecticut was picked up on Monday and charged in connection to the incident that injured a Westerly teenager on April 28th. Service was arraigned in District Court in Wakefield and charged with leaving the scene of an accident. The victim is recovering from serious injuries, according to authorities.
