(Atlanta, GA) -- A report is being issued on the cause of death of a Rhode Island man who died in a Georgia jail. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation says Shali Tilson died from dehydration at the Rockdale County Jail in March. Tilson had been in jail for about a week on charges of obstruction of justice and disorderly conduct. Family members have expressed suspicions about the 22-year-old's treatment.
