(Providence, RI) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is inviting the Narragansett Bay Commission to apply for a loan. The Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act loan totaling 251-million dollars would help with work on combined sewer overflows, according to an announcement from the EPA last week. The Narragansett Bay Commission was selected as one of 39 projects nationwide to receive a loan.
