(Undated)--A number of public school districts in Rhode Island are delayed in opening this morning because of the weather.One-hour delays are in place for Burrillville, Cumberland, Foster-Glocester, Johnston, Lincoln, North Smithfield, West Warwick and Woonsocket public schools, while it's a two-hour delay in Scituate.The National Weather Service says northern and central Rhode Island will see wind chills this morning between ten and fifteen degrees below zero.
