(Washington, DC) -- Congressman David Cicilline says fellow U.S. Representative John Dingell was a giant of public service, and that he is grateful for being able to have served with him in his final years in the U.S. House. Dingell died on Thursday after a battle with prostate cancer. On Wednesday, fellow Rhode Island Congressman Jim Langevin tweeted that he was sending heartfelt prayers to John Dingell and his wife who succeeded him in Congress, Debbie Dingell, after it was announced that John Dingell was put in hospice care.
