Heavy, Wet Snow Falling, Second Winter Storm Since Weekend

(Undated)--Rhode Island is dealing with its second winter storm in less than 48 hours to start off the month of March.The entire state minus Block Island is under a Winter Storm Warning from the National Weather Service until 10 a.m. Monday for an expected total of six to ten inches of snow.Most of Rhode Island saw three to five inches from storm number one, on Saturday.Meteorologists say the snow will have a heavy, wet consistency which will likely result in some downed tree limbs and power outages.Providence public schools are closed today, and there is a citywide parking ban.
