(Providence, RI)--We're learning more details about the suspect in the most-recent homicide case in Providence this year.Troy Ingram was arraigned on Tuesday for the murder of Moshin Muhammad, both of Providence.Ingram's mother told reporters her son was between residences, and Providence police believe Ingram broke into Muhammad's apartment building on Jewett Street with a plan to stay there.Police said the two did not know each other.It was also confirmed yesterday that Ingram is a member of the Rhode Island National Guard.
