Police Arrest Student In Coventry High School Lockdown Case

A student has been charged in connection to the lockdown at Coventry High School on Monday.

The Coventry Police Department says no weapons were located, and that the student does not have access to any firearms.

The police department says the student was charged with disorderly conduct, and the case will be referred to Family Court.

Authorities searched everyone and everything in the school during the four-hour lockdown on Monday after multiple people reported hearing a threat about an armed individual.

We aren't expecting much more in the way of information on the case since it is a family court matter.
