Another Day - Another Storm Coming

The third winter storm in less than a week is poised to strike Rhode Island and the rest of southern New England this weekend.

Rain is expected to start falling late Friday night, and will be heavy at times into Saturday.

A Coastal Flood Watch is posted, effective 7 am through 1 pm Saturday, while a Flood Watch remains in effect through 7 pm.

Rainfall totals could range from one to three inches, perhaps more in some sections, while winds will be in the low twenties, with gusts as high as 36 miles per hour.

A mix of rain and snow showers is predicted to come again Sunday, and much of the early part of next week.
