Gordon Deal is the host of The Wall Street Journal This Morning , the

hour-long, early morning business-news show that brings the business of

life to the radio.

 

In a fast paced, highly produced style, Gordon Deal makes The Journal

come alive for executive drive time on the radio. More than

just the numbers, the show covers not only the day’s top business

news, but also how to spend and save wisely. Travel, technology,

and careers, too.  Gordon’s understanding of what listeners need to know and the

questions they’d like answered are a perfect match for Journal This Morning.

Radio background of writing and on-air work includes time on both WCBS-AM

and WINS-AM in New York, and as New York City bureau chief for Metro

Networks where his reports aired on WOR-AM and WABC-AM. He also was

a newscaster on The Wall Street Journal Radio Network. In his spare time Deal

is a public-address announcer for the New York Knickerbockers of the NBA

and the New York Liberty of the WNBA at Madison Square Garden.
