Pan sear Chilean Sea Bass
Heat coconut oil in pan
Place fish in pan (place on meaty side)
Brown until golden brown; turn over and put on skin side
Drain off oil
Place in oven and finish in oven; 500 degrees; cook until fork passes through
Remove skin once cooked
Grilled Potatoes
Sweet Potatoes, Yukon Gold Potatoes, Blue Potatoes
Peel and slice (¼” thick) dredge in coconut oil and grill.
Grilled Portabella Mushrooms
Dredge in coconut oil and grill
