Michael is the General Agent for One America Financial Partners and the Managing Director of TEAM Financial Strategies, LLC in Warwick, RI. Specializing in providing Financial Protection and Long Term Care Solutions for our clients.

He is a licensed Insurance Agent for Life, Accident and Health, Variable Lines, Property, Casualty, and Personal Lines in RI and CT.  Also Michael holds a FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 and is an Investment Advisor Representative in RI for One America Securities, Inc. Member FINRA and SIPC.

Michael Completed his Doctorate in Business Administration in Organizational Management from Belford University in 2006. He did his Undergraduate studies at Johnson & Wales University earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Education/ Management in 1995, and MAT in Business Education in 1999, and another Bachelor's degree in Financial Services Management in 2001.  Michael made a career change to the Financial Services Industry in June of 2000, after teaching Business Education to High and Middle School students throughout RI from 1995-2000.  Michael is committed to putting the client first and along with his TEAM of financial professionals building a financial solution for the client.

Michael has served in various leadership roles in the financial services industry and in community organizations such including being a member of the Board of Directors and Professional Development Committee Chairperson for NAIFA-RI (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors – Rhode Island), he is also a member of the Greater Providence Metro Senior Resource Alliance, Past President and current Treasurer of the Greater Providence Kiwanis Club, as a Past President and current Chair of the Programs Committee for the Johnson & Wales University Alumni Council.  In addition in the Financial Services and Insurance Industry Michael has earned the industry designations of RFC (Registered Financial Consultant) and CLTC (Certified in Long Term Care), along with also being a National LTC Partnership Training Instructor.


In Michael's spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Diane and their children Marissa and Matthew, playing golf, volunteering in the community, and listening to music.
