The bonds that the State of Rhode Island took out to finance the 38 Studios deal are now coming due. Some, such as Governor Chafee, Treasurer Raimondo and former Auditor General Ernie Almonte say we have a "moral obligation" to pay these bonds. Others, such as Representatives McBeth and Chippendale say we should default on the loans and not pay. On today's show Helen got both sides of the argument.
