This week’s Outrage is about the case where a Superior Court judge has thrown out a majority of evidence against Michael Patino.

He is accused of beating his girlfriend’s 6-year-old son, Marco Nieves, to death in Cranston back in 2009. Family members said Patino beat the child because he tripped over his younger half-sister, who is Patino’s daughter.
